PFA’s four officers to attend PEEDA Act Training: Muhammad Usman


Punjab Food Authority’s four officers will attend a three-day PEEDA Act Training Program which is being arranged by the Management and Professional Development Department (MPDD).

The purpose of this training is to train officers for ensuring the work according to the Punjab Food Authority’s regulations. After getting training, these officers will train other officers in their own region. This was informed by PFA Director General Captain (R) Muhammad Usman on Monday.

He said that various interviews were conducted for PEEDA Act 2006 Training Program. He said that PEEDA Act determines punishments over the violation of regulations and disciplines defined in the act. This training program would help to improve the efficiency of employees as well as discipline. He said that Punjab Food Authority is a systematic institute and there is no place of any negligence and laziness. He also said that PFA is improving the capacity and efficiency of employees in order to maintain international standards. He said that PFA prepared a precise plan to check employees’ efficiency, discipline and accountability. PFA is utilizing all available resources for the progress and betterment of the authority, said Captain (R) Muhammad Usman.
